On Oct. 28, 2003 at a session of the County Board of Supervisors, Commissioner, Naomi Schwartz, recognized the Santa Barbara Chapter 0166 of SCORE for their contribution to business in the community.

Present were several members of the local SCORE Chapter including Chairman, Silvio Di Loreto and Vice Chairman, Harry Wilmott.

Mr. Wilmott is also the author of the very informative book: "HOW TO START A BUSINESS IN SANTA BARBARA COUNTY." Currently, the local chapter is also working on a Spanish language version of the book.
